I can’t thank this guy enough for his patience and dedication! I dropped off my iPad on a Saturday for a screen repair and was told I’d get a call when it was ready. By Sunday, Monday, and even Tuesday with no update, I started to worry—especially since I needed it before my vacation! In a bit of a panic, I reached out through Facebook and Instagram, hoping to hear back.

It turns out he had been trying to call and text me all along, but I wasn't receiving the messages. Even though he was on vacation, he went out of his way to return to the shop and hand over the iPad. I felt terrible about disrupting his time off, but he truly went above and beyond to help. The screen repair is flawless, and I am so grateful for his kindness and professionalism!

My sons chromebook screen broke. They told be they need to order it and took a deposit of $100. They said it will be here in a week and they will call me when its here. Its been almost three weeks, they didnt call. I started calling and leaving messages in week 2 - no response. I went to the store and they werent there. So i have no idea what the status is. I told then i was travelling in march and need it fixed before then and they said it was ok. Really frustrating!!!
