They never do any procedure before getting a payment in full, but never perform treatment according to their promise. If I knew what the treatment at this office would entail, I would never ever approach them. The doctor acts like a scammer that wants to get money, but tries to avoid his responsibilities at any cost.

Worst of the worst.
Dr. Petrungaro took a $10000 deposit from me and then his CRNA (anesthesia) tried to kill me by stabbing me with the intubation tube. Woke me up and I was covered in my own blood. Procedure never happened. “Doctor” never returned the deposit money. Also, the office billed my insurance and received payments from insurance company. No wonder his license is suspended. Criminal.

Dr Paul is an excellent, excellent surgeon who’s done extensive work on my mouth. I’d never think twice about going to him again for surgery.

Office staff has come and gone, but Nicole has been Dr Paul’s assistant for 10 years…the depth of her knowledge is astounding! She’s personable, very detailed, and always available for questions…from a patient’s perspective, she’s absolutely indispensable to that office.

I met with Dr Karim yesterday, a newer addition to the staff, prior to getting scanned for my redesign. He identified corrections needing to be made before I even said anything. His level of expertise put me incredibly at ease.

So regardless of anything else, I continue to have faith in their outstanding ability.

This Petrungaro is a manipulator and a scam artist. He somehow took down my review when I wrote about my wife who died in his office because of his neglect for her well being and his greed. All he was after was our money. Put her under full anesthesia when she shouldn’t have been. Then he files for bankruptcy. We found out his license had been suspended multiple times. Warning: Do your research well before you let this liar work on you.

I visited Dr. Paul when I had a pretty sizable infection in my upper jaw. Dr. Paul put me at ease, explained to me what needs to be done, and gave me options. He was able to clean out the infection, graft all the lost bone and place two implants. I was even able to get my final crowns done with him. One stop shop. With their all digital in house lab there was no need to have annoying impressions done. I’m very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Paul and his great staff and highly recommend for visiting him for any implant needs.

Though my case was difficult due to a lot of damage, Dr. Paul was able to extract the many teeth that were bad and literally rebuilt the bone and gum tissue. It was a long operation and a lot of work was done . I had three temporary sets of implants put in due to the healing process of the bone and gums. Dr. Paul was very thorough and I was well taken care of by the technicians. I just had the permanent set put in on February 22nd and I must say the wait was well worth it. The implants look great and there is no pain at all. The entire team including Jamal, the Lab technician who does the construction and cosmetics of the implant excel at their specific roles. The entire process took several months, but was well worth it. Everything was done in a very professional manner, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Paul and his team. He is definitely the go to person for any type of implant work!!!
