Dr Potee is a wonderful dentist and her father was very well respected in Noblesville. But several members of her office staff have been rude and disrespectful on more than one occasion. We made the difficult decision to find another dentist simply because of their lack of professionalism and simple kindness to their patients.

Instead of just complaining about poor customer service, I am sending Dr Potee this book in hopes she can avoid losing other customers.

The receptionists was outstanding - responsive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Everyone there is top-notch!!! What a fantastic first visit we had yesterday with Potee Family Dentistry! My children have aged out of their pediatric dentist, and I was nervous about taking one of my sons, who has a cognitive disability, to a new location. The team at Potee were kind, patient, and so thorough, and made it a pleasant experience for all of us. They truly enjoy their work, and Dr. Meghan could not have been nicer. I have an appointment for myself coming up as well, and I’m so happy that we’ve found such a wonderful family practice!

The staff is amazing. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I started going here because they offered a discount for Invisalign (different company, but didn't know what to call them). They were super patient with what I wanted to accomplish and did a great job. Now I go there for routine cleanings as well. Overall, great experiences.

Dr Potee and her office staff were extremely rude and condescending to me. I asked for a 5 minute service of filing down a rough spot on a tooth where the temp filling had fallen off and she refused to do this small 5 minute task for me but wanted to call in an antibiotic for me which I definitely did not even need because I had no infection. I filed down my own tooth with a nail file and it’s feels great. Thanks for nothing Megan and I will definitely be looking for a different dentist.
