I took my young daughter here for her first dental appointment and they were absolutely phenomenal! They took their time, were very thorough but made sure she felt comfortable and gave her constant positive reinforcement. I could not have asked for a better staff or experience. We will be sticking with Premier dental and recommending them to everyone!

I hade a great experience here. They do amazing work I feel completely different after having root canal , cavities, & wisdom teeth removed. They do excellent work Dr.Kandy is amazing at what he does. If you ever have toothache or pain come visit premier dental in palm harbor there they do great work.

Where this appointment took a major turn is when after my appointment is done, they take me into this small room and shut the door with a lady who wants me to sign the paper regarding finances. I have never had an experience where I was taken into a room after my appointment like this and although I found it weird and uncomfortable, I am pretty go with the flow and was open minded; Even when it felt like I was being sold a car or something. I tell her very kindly I would want to talk to my family and call back prior to signing to pay ~1200 out of pocket. She is shocked by this. She asks me if they wouldn’t want me to get care or why in the world I would want or need to consult. I explain finances. She puts the paper in front of me and tells me she needs me to sign the paper “just acknowledging” she showed me it. She says this several times as I say I am uncomfortable with signing. I start reading more. The paper says very clearly this form means you AGREE TO PAY THE CHARGES ABOVE. She acts shocked by this. She says it isn’t supposed to be like this and she needs her manager. Right…… An absolute scam artist and not a good one at that. I think this lady saw a nice, quiet, and passive go with the flow female and thought she could get away with it.

As I stated as I was leaving the office today, cancel my December appointment. I won’t be back.

Edit: as I talked to family and friends I was validated in what a horrible experience this was. The more I sit and think about this appointment I had the more I remember about how horrible it was. I take good care of my teeth and going to the dentist is something I always enjoy. But from the very beginning when the hygienists couldn’t figure out the x ray machine and then said, “sorry, I forgot to click the button.” I do not like complaining and very rarely do, but I am absolutely shocked and blown away by all the good reviews. Maybe it was a bad day for the office, but be cautious & read the paperwork carefully everyone. If these people would have gained my trust more I may not have even caught it and trusted her. Scary! We are supposed to trust these people. I have always had great dentists and doctors that I trust.

The highlight of my trip was the nice girl in the front. The blonde young gal was very kind and helpful.

I am so thankfully l for the staff of this practice!!! For years I had a situation my former dentist missed. They found it and were so professional and honest with me. They got me to see what needed to be done to save my smile! I am impressed beyond words with the skill and level of care. I highly recommend this office for the best possible in dentistry!

I have to honestly give this a 10/5!! Extremely phenomenal! Excellent staff, welcoming me with comfort , & being seen extra fast , did not have an appointment, my father just called, & they were willing to see me! I had to get two teeth extracted , & I did not feel a thing during the entire process ! I recently moved down here from PA, this will be my primary dentist, I fell in love day 1, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

As a mom of six who works full time, it’s hard to find the time to get to the dentist. It’s even harder to actually MAKE the appointment once it’s booked. I appreciate this office’s kind professionalism whenever I need to reschedule an appointment last minute. They are thorough, professional, and just plain good at what they do. I’m incredibly happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone.
