We absolutely LOVE Dr. Gilbert ! He is so down to earth, patient and most importantly gentle. All the ortho clinicians are gentle and friendly. HUGE shout out to front desk Amanda. Dr. Gilbert was so kind to help me when my teeth moved due to dental work. He worked closely with myself and my dentist on a treatment plan, got me in quickly for follow up appointments, and made my smile perfect again. The office is GORGEOUS. This office is the best when it comes to orthodontic needs. I love them so much that after my daughter completed her treatment I decided to get treatment as an adult. Amy is absolutely lovely to work with. She made the consult not only informative but very enjoyable. I'm about to finish my treatment and I am kinda sad about it. Dr. Gilbert is the best!! My case was out-of-the ordinary, living in Florida, we weren’t exactly sure how the orthodontic treatment would go, nonetheless, Dr. Gilbert accepted the challenge with grace. He used a transparent and caring communication style that made me feel comfortable with our long-distance plan. He, also, supplied me with tools and supplies necessary in case of an emergency. However, I made sure to do my part in taking care of my braces so we would never be in that situation. Dr. Gilbert was there every step of the way. His high degree of attention to detail has given me an amazing smile. I am so happy with the results.

The front desk ladies are the best too, they are welcoming, personable, and fun to be around. They worked around a couple of last-minute cancellations and would follow up if they didn’t hear from me, which was incredibly helpful. I am so thankful for these ladies!!! Shout out to Amanda and Amy!
