Dr. Chawla entered at the end of my appointment and, without any prior warning, instructed me to open my mouth. She then abruptly blew bursts of cold air between two of my teeth, causing such intense pain that I screamed. After this, she casually stated that I had two significant cavities, which was startling news.

When I asked to see the cavities, she mentioned that the dental assistant would show me my X-rays. Confused, I pointed out that I hadn’t had any X-rays taken during that visit. Dr. Chawla then referred to decay she had noted during my previous visit six months ago, claiming she was "watching the area." I was taken aback and questioned why I hadn’t been informed about the condition she was monitoring or advised on how to care for those teeth. Her response was that she wanted to see if the situation would worsen.

Of course, it did worsen! If I had been aware, I would have taken extra precautions and monitored any sensitivity. I feel completely betrayed by my doctor and as though I had no say in my own care. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, and I do not intend to return to the practice. I find this lack of communication and care completely unacceptable.

I am sad because my hygienist Mary is AMAZING and her assistant is stellar as well. I have routinely had them during my appointments and they both are extremely professional and kind, but you have to see the dentist at the end. I do not wish to see Dr. Chawla and so for that reason I will be leaving the practice.

Immediately entering the office, the Front Office staff was pleasant, professional and friendly. All assistants, hygienists, dentist were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made this dentist visit one of the best I’ve had in years. Would definitely recommend.

VERY INCONSIDERATE
The dentist who was there stabbed me in my gums and tried to gaslight me and tell me that I am frustrated when she did something to me. I never said that I was frustrated or angry, but they are trying to push that narrative onto me to the point where I felt very uncomfortable and just left because there are multiple dentists in the area who are better. Do not go here unless you want inconsiderate service. I also was getting x-rays with them and she put this thing in my mouth that caused me to twist and turn my mouth different ways and then she’s going to tell me that there’s something wrong with my jaw when I’m trying to explain to her that I literally had to turn my mouth in that direction in order to get a good x-ray . Do not go here they are racking up fake fees and fake procedures in order to keep this private practice open.

Other than the fact that my medical history records request form got lost, my experience at your business was great. After hand delivering the form personally, I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my antibiotics before my service.

As a new patient experience as someone who never been to a dentist - don’t come here. They aren’t very organized, seems like their communication just isn’t there. My appointment was at 1pm, I didn’t get sat down until 1:40pm. I didn’t leave the dentist until 4pm. 3 hours just for X-rays & nothing else. Very unprofessional too, they seen I was very disappointed in my first experience with them. I did whole bunch of waiting more than anything else done during that appointment. Then all I get in the end is “we will email your treatment plan”, they didn’t schedule me for the deep cleaning they said I needed nor did they even speak to me about nor explain the “treatment plan” to me, now it’s just email I guess? Even when or if they call to schedule me in, I’ll probably find a new dentist at that point. Hopefully not all offices are like this one. They didn’t talk much to me during the whole process besides telling me what to do during the X-rays, and then I had to pry information out the dentist instead of being explained everything. I’m not a dentist, therefore I’d appreciate if the dentist were way more open and informative when it comes down to my own oral care. Hopefully this place can improve if I come back to this one.

Excellent service. I had an early appt 0800. The environment was more pleasant this time of day.

I want to retract my earlier review about the dentist. Her bedside manners was equally as great as my previous dentist. She explained her procedure. This was the best novocain shot procedure I've had which is usually the worst part I dislike about filling or potential root canal. I was informed a root canal wasn't needed 🙂 and what to expect afterwards. The dentist understood my concern about ensuring my new crown didn't impede my invisalign retainer.

Dental assistant was great as the first time I was there.

I will continue my dental services at this location.

Very unorganized! Went in to have a tooth extracted and left after having 20 x-rays done and given a $2500. I needed other work done. They would not get back to me after 4 calls to discuss just pulling the bad tooth. They wanted all or nothing. Had to take my e-rays elsewhere to have painful tooth extracted. Do not recommend!
