Estoy bien contenta con la decisión que ha tomado con esta oficina. La oficina bien limpia y los empleados muy amable. La Doctora Cokovska es la mejor Doctora que ha tenido,bien detallada y tiene mucho conocimiento. Me enseñó todo lo que necesitaba saber y me dejó sin pregunta qué hacer. Me hizo sentir super cómoda, y el trabajo que me hizo fue tremendo. Si alguien está buscando una Doctora que en verdad que pone sus pacientes primero este es el sitió. Muy bien trabajo Doctora y empleadas.

Yo voy a la oficina desde que ella abrió la oficina yo soy su paciente he ido otros lugares pero ninguno como esta oficina y me tienen un tratamiento muy buenísimo trabaja todo muy limpio y con sus precauciones y sanitizer muy perfeccionado todas en la oficinas buenísima comunicación .

My first tip off was the initial phone call to set an appointment where they tried to sell me on a cleaning and full exam. I told them I had just had a cleaning and was being referred to them by my current dentist. I had a loose implant my dentist didn't feel comfortable tightening.

Next, when I told them I had Delta Dental they told me I would have to pay up front. No problem, I want my implant looked at and tightened.

This morning I get there and am handed a stack of papers to fill out. As I go through the paperwork, there are signals all over in their questionaire trying to cross and upsell me. I'm not there to be sold more products and services. I wanted one thing, my implant to be looked at and tightened.

My slime alarm is going off big time, they have a huge expensive looking waiting room, empty except for me. After I finish the paperwork, I walk up to hand my paperwork to the front desk person and tell her that I'm not paying the rates they would charge the insurance company if I'm paying cash - her retort is that she will need to tell the insurance company she gave me a discount. I thought she didn't want to talk to my insurance company in the first place and second, my insurance company would be estatic to pay a lower price.

I raised my arms and had enough - I told her I was out of there. First impressions are important and Makris Dental fails the sniff test for honesty and fair pricing.

Makris Dental is truly a fantastic place. The staff is incredible professionals and caring. Dr.Cokovska has so much dental knowledge and she will take the time to sit down and fully explain everything to you and answer and questions. She’s also incredibly caring and is genially happy to see improvement. Raquel is also incredibly, she’s just as caring and extremely professional. The building is also incredible, not only does it have great equipment but also looks beautiful. I am incredibly happy with how much my teeth and smile have improved since coming here.

Wow my experience was one of the best if not the best, the staff was outstanding very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and friendly, now about the medical staff I am so very happy and grateful for the extensive work and Dr. C is meticulous and attention to detail is beyond reproach. Assistant Raquel was beyond professional and very attentive as well as reassuring that the final product I would love it and she is EXACTLY right. I will recommend anyone having any dental issues to try the best 1st which is Makris Dental and you will NOT be disappointed !!!
