This company is a scam and puts fake reviews on their website claiming they are all from Google which clearly they are not! They sold us step mills that came spray painted and didn’t have the correct consoles. The literally say PLANET FITNESS on the consoles. Do you think as an independent gym, we want another gym’s logo on the computer?!?! They promised the consoles in 6 months and never came. They will not answer phone, email or messenger so then you get passed the time to dispute your credit card and then never get your product. As a manager of an independent gym and small business, please avoid them all cost and don’t waste your money.

I can't tell you how much I regret purchasing through this company. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We were purchasing 2 Matrix Stepmills that match the same Stepmills that we have at our gym already. From the moment the purchase was made this company has been a complete joke. Supposedly had everything in stock but didn’t even get them shipped for many months. After all the waiting they inform us they don’t have the correct consoles for the units that we purchased and said if they shipped them to us they would send us the correct consoles in a few more months. When we received the stairs not only were they not the correct consoles but they didn’t have the OEM frame color that should come with the units which is part of the reason for the purchase so we could match what we had. This was never disclosed. It was very cheaply painted black and not even completely because the Planet Fitness purple is still showing through in areas. The inside of the machine were very dirty and dusty and certainly do not appear to be refurbished. I have emailed this company many times without response back, messaged them through their website with no response back and every call you make will only ever get to some outsourced reception person that just takes a message that you never receive a call back from. After an extensive wait we still have received no contact nor the correct consoles that are supposed to come with the unit. We have an extensive record of our repeated attempts at contacting Gym Pros. You would be better off buying from literally pretty much anywhere else at twice the price if needed. Read the other poor reviews because that is the true experience. As a small business we are exploring our other legal options since we never received what we paid for never mind the condition the units were in.

Steve was awesome. He took the time to explain and educate me on the different product lines to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I was skeptical at first buying a product that had to be shipped from so far away but Steve took any doubt away. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

This company is a total rip off please do not buy anything from them. I purchased a bunch of Gym equipment the treadmill came in smashed missing pieces when was certainly not refurbished. They delayed me for nine months then told me my issue was with the trucking company and they would not help me any longer. I am out $5,000 because of this. They delayed me long enough so that I could not get a refund from my credit card company and the trucking company won’t take a claim that’s nine months old.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT EXIST in Gardena!! After calling the phone number listed, driving out, only to discover an empty building. Not sure what's going on but sure feels like some strange scam. At least delete the website, information and phone number.

Bought a few pieces for the gym I built for my employees from these guys. They gave me a great deal, delivered and set up within a week. Then bought an elliptical a week later for my wife and she loves it. Called and visited a few different place in the area but non of them were as helpful as Doug and Roy. Great job guys you have lifetime customer here.

I bought a $2000 Stairmaster Air Bike back in September 2023, Roy said it would be delivered in about a week. I paid for installation and delivery he said no problem. Turns out equipment was back ordered and they never told me. I went out of town and told them the date I would be back home, they said no problem, just let them know and they would deliver and install then. Instead, I got a notice shipping company was delivering, I wasn’t home. Now I have a airbike that I paid to be installed ($180). They won’t return my calls and they have lied. Don’t use them!!!
