I am compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Krueger regarding my mother's denture repairs. Initially, Dr. Krueger did excellent work, which is why she chose him for the subsequent corrections. However, the recent experience has been far from satisfactory.

My mother required multiple adjustments to her dentures, each of which fell short of resolving the issues. Despite three rounds of corrections, the dentures still do not fit properly and remain uncomfortable, sitting on top of her gums. She was met with an unprofessional attitude from Dr. Krueger whenever she raised concerns or requested further adjustments. This response not only made the situation more distressing but also left her feeling undervalued and disheartened.

He has refused to make additional corrections and has stopped responding to her phone calls. This lack of communication is particularly troubling given that my mother has continued to be billed monthly for the denture services. The financial strain is compounded by the fact that my mother saved diligently for a year to afford the initial down payment.

The ongoing issues have led to recurring sores, significantly affecting her quality of life. The failure to address these problems adequately and the subsequent lack of support from the office have made this experience truly devastating for her.

We had high hopes based on the initial positive experience, but unfortunately, this situation has been deeply frustrating and unsatisfactory. I urge potential patients to carefully consider this review before proceeding with this office for denture services.

Financially broke my mom and didn’t make dentures correctly. Refuses to fix but still takes money out of her account monthly. They are not answering her phone calls anymore. My mom is very hurt financially, emotionally and physically because the poorly made dentures give her blisters in her mouth for months now, still to this day. He use to be good years ago when she went but he needs to retire at this point.

Dr Krueger is very knowledgeable and a true expert. I came with 2 crowns loose placed wrongly over implants, and he took 30mins to go in, fix them and out! Thank you!

I cannot sing the praises of Dr Krueger and his staff enough. My fear of dentists is slowly being restored because of this dr and his staff. I had ALOT of work that needed to be done, he walked me through it all and was aware of health issues I have. This is the only office my daughter needs to go to.

I was referred to Dr Krueger by a local dentist. He came highly recommended. The referral was very specific. I wanted a Hybrid denture with implants. After the first visit I was given a written quote for dentures. I was very specific during my second visit and was given a written quote that I knew I could not afford. Upon leaving that visit I was told that I had to pay $3200 now. I paid it and went through the quote when I got home. I knew there was absolutely no way I could afford it so I sent an email requesting my money back. I agreed to pay for the work done that day ( impressions). I did get my money back but was charged $1200 for impressions only. I warn anyone dealing with this man…get the facts from the start. Do not trust this man. He is desperate and will take you to the cleaners. I have found people that I can trust. Beware!

Dr. Gordon Krueger and his staff are exceptional! I have had several cleaning appointments and exams and they have been the most thorough appointments I have had with any dental office. The hygienist is the best and Dr. Krueger is a perfectionist. I have already strongly recommended this office to everyone I know in the area.

I have always been a perfectionist about my dental hygiene and my teeth/smile. Since moving to Florida about 20 years ago, I have been through about 6 dentists because I have never been totally satisfied with the whole dental experience. After my first visit to Dr. Krueger's office, I knew I found what I was looking for. It's been over 2 years and the staff is so friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist is so thorough - my teeth are always so perfect when I leave, the Doctor himself is so professional and explains everything he is doing and performs his work with care and compassion, the office itself is spotless and the entire experience is one I actually now look forward to.
