The entire team at Endodontix deserves well above 5 stars! I was so nervous for my root canal, but I was in great hands with Dr. Alonso. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, before and after. The procedure itself was nearly painless, and Dr. Alonso did everything perfectly.

Furthermore, I am so grateful to Stephanie in the front office. She has been tremendously helpful. She promptly sent my records to my general dentist when needed, and she even booked an appointment for me with a specialist recommended by Dr. Alonso. Lexie in the front office & the dental assistants are all very sweet and helpful also. You are in the best hands at their office.

Dr. Alonso is extremely competent and professional. He doesn't hesitate to call you to follow up. Lexi and Stephanie are all smiles and professional. They are assets to Dr Alonso 's office.

Words can't describe how happy I am with Dr. Alonso and his office. I was in the Exumas on a sailboat when my dental emergency struck and was in a lot of pain. I had to abort my plans and sail back to Miami. Dentist in Coconut Grove suspected it was issues with my root canals and referred me to Dr. Alonso, whom he described as "the best in the industry in the Endodontist world". The fact that Dr. Alonso is Board Certified already gives you an idea this guy is one of the top endodontist in Florida as this highly regarded certification is difficult to achieve and is not handed to just anyone. I was prepared to spend hours in the dentist chair getting my root canals re-done. But I was surprised with the outcome and in a very good way. Firstly, I was very impressed with Dr. Alonso's practice. From the minute I stepped into his office I was greeted with such warmth and compassion by his stuff. Dr. Alonso's team - Stephanie and Lexi impressed me so much with professionalism and knowledge. Office is equipped with top notch technology and Lexi explained everything she was doing and what results would tells us like actually seeing the whole tooth root in all directions able to spot even a tiny problem. Its amazing. 3D scan of my whole mouth was taken and Dr. Alonso examined my teeth. His knowledge and expertise were above and beyond of what I expected. His honesty and prognosis were so refreshing and surprising. My problems were not in the root canals and he did not need to redo them. He sat with me and showed my all the 3D images on a large screen explaining the problems and advising me on how I could solve them. He could have done unnecessary work just because, but he did not and that is what sets this doctor and this practice apart from the rest. These folks are ethical, professional, honest and truly good human beings. Not only they were attentive and kind during my visit, but now that I am back to California, Stephanie is coordinating with my local dentist here, getting to them imaging and files. Unbelievable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who have endodontic needs.

Excellent experience here from start to finish. Dr.Alonso and his entire staff were ultra professional, intelligent and kind. I was referred to them by my dentist and they took great care in thoroughly investigating my issue and explaining all possible treatment options available to me. I never thought that a visit to a root canal specialist could be pleasant but this team makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Alonso and his staff could not be better. I needed multiple root canals re-done due to a past dentist doing terrible work. Dr. Alonso fixed everything and I felt so comfortable in his office. He is incredibly talented, trustworthy and kind. His receptionist Stephanie was always super responsive, and his dental hygienist Lexi is top tier. Dr. Alonso has to easily be one of the best dentists that I have been to! He knows how to make sure his patients feel comfortable and is extremely reassuring. His front desk staff was very courteous and did everything that they could to get me into a chair right away. His dental assistant Lexie made sure that I felt 100% okay throughout the whole process and she ran through everything with me to make sure I was okay with the procedure. After Lexie did my initial check in, Dr. Alonso came in to introduce himself and I immediately felt a wave of comfort as he made sure to go through everything he was going to do, step by step. My procedure was quick and felt like nothing had happened. I felt no pain and he made me feel at ease the whole way through! There are not many doctors like Dr. Alonso... he is someone I would come to for all of my dental needs if I could!
