-they got me in, even as a as a new patient, so quickly that I was very grateful.
-every single person in the office greeted me warmly, with extreme professionalism combined with humor and smiles.
-Dr. Thomas and his assistant were friendly and disarming for a guy like me usually afraid of dental work. They were efficient, thorough and quick in doing a crown procedure on a front tooth. A very comfortable experience that inspired confidence.

This is obviously a family of dentists that seem to love being together as a family, and you just can tell they enjoy and are proud of their work.

My daughter is a patient of Dr Melena and was referred to Dr Lea for canine exposures. When I made the appointment I was charged $150 which I thought would go towards exposures which was not the case. It was a consult fee. I was told the procedure would be $900-1200 per tooth and would not be covered by my insurance. I called an oral surgeon and was told no consult fee, and was given different codes. When I called insurance I was informed that in network would be covered at 90% and out of network 80%. I think they shoukd know that an oral surgeon could be covered if a periodontist is not. Felt taken advantage of and complete money grab!

I visited the office of Drs. Planzos for a dental cleaning today. I do it every 4-5 months. The person who actually performed this dental cleaning is unique in terms of her professionalism, precise operation, cleanliness of her procedures and sincere loving care of the specific patient she works with. It is also worth mentioning that the office is always fully staffed, and everyone is in its working place doing precisely what is expected of them without any delays. Both the doctors and the staff provide a high quality service in all the aspects of dentistry they are engaged in. Everyone working in this office is a high level professional in his/her field. It is a unique dental practice that I had recommended to my family a long time ago,and we have never been disappointed - just the other way round - extremely satisfied.

All the staff and dentist are unbelievable!! I have been a patient for over two years. Yesterday I had the post for an implant by Dr. Lea. I was very anxious but my anxiety was but to rest before she started. It was very easy with no pain at all. Today is 24 hours after and no pain with no pain medication.
