After 3 weeks of being refused care by UCSF, Bay Area Endodontics, refused care 3 times by Western Dental, Told by several other endodontists "they can't help me", I decided to go to Yuma.

Dr Parras team are excellent,responsive, caring, decent, kind, call back - and most importantly they do not refuse care especially when one has a dental emergency & an infection.

I will never go to Dentists in California again.
Very bad level of care and service and far too expensive for what it is.

American dentistry is at an all time low and all the Dentists care about is money. They do not care if a patient dies of infection because they can not be bothered to make time or call back or even schedule anything immediately,even emergency dental and especially emergency dental sucks in California.

Thanks Dr Parras team. You potentially saved my life. If I waited till October I'd probably be dead by then thanks to an infection UCSF Dental clinic said I did not have, but did .
(Californians don't care). My care ay Dr Parra took a day to book, 2 hours to be seen, and everything is done in one place. No more being turned away!

I'll be back to get more help!

This place has state of the art equipment. The receptionist young lady with brown shoulder length hair was very welcoming and accommodating. The dental hygienist Jasidra the young lady with glasses and braces was so kind and professional! The dentist was knowledgeable and gave my husband 4 different options to get his teeth fixed. I definitely have a phobia of dentist. I needed to go in today for toothache and was so nervous. This has been the best experience that I've ever had with anyone. Thank you so much for seeing me today. I was absolutely terrified and I even cried of nerves. Everyone was great!! Caring, sympathetic and just made me feel at ease. Waited 45min to get seen with an appointment. They didnt schedule my cleaning so I couldn't get one. Doctor said 15 year old metal fillings didnt need replacing and wanted me to wait for orthodontist that only comes Fridays and Saturdays. I figure they rather work on implants and more important jobs$. I wanted to get my cavities fixed so I could start with my alligners process. Took my bussines elsewhere.

This was the most fabulous dentist office I have ever been in! So very clean and welcoming! I was nervous about my procedure and they were so easy to talk to and answered every question I had start to finish! I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work! You will NOT be disappointed! Very well staffed and professional! Kat was my liaison and she was amazing to work with before and after the procedure. Dr. Ever was so easy to talk to and did an amazing job! Definitely worth the trip over the border!
