I called Service Pros to come fix my heater last week, I was contacted within 30 mins with an appointment and the guy arrived 15 mins early to communicate with my family how he is taking all the necessary SAFE precautions before entering our home. This was huge for us because we have a baby and a senior living here. It gave us immense peace of mind that our family mattered to him especially during this pandemic. We will definitely be contacting Anthony again for our summer prep for an A/C. Company was quick to respond, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!!!

They were contracted through our home warranty company. They were supposed to contact us for service within 2 days, after 3 days I contacted them to set up service appointment since they didn’t call me.
After setting up appointment( 4 days later)
They gave me a time frame of 4-6 pm.
I received a text at around 6 stating they were running late. The text said they would be onsite between 6-7. I tried to contact Anthony at 7:50 pm and got no response.
This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I am a superintendent for a construction company and have been dealing with contractors for over 30 years and have never experienced this lack of unprofessionalism.
I STRONGLY ADVISE USING SOMEONE ELSE!!

Horrible Service, def not a pro! I was given this person through my home warranty. I had to contact them multiple times. Every time I called I immediately went to a voicemail that was full, So I couldn't even leave a message. after the 3rd or 4th call, He decided to text me back asking if he could call me back later to which he never did. Then the 5th call where he texted me again stating that he is currently at a job and that he could come service my furnaced Mon 1-3. Mon comes around and he never shows up. tried calling him again to go straight to voicemail.

Def don't even bother trying with this company it's not worth it.

We called Service Pros on a Saturday right before daughters graduation party explained the rush because 40 guests are eon there way over. Anthony was at our house with 30mins and had our AC working again in ten mins. and was out the door in 15mins. We definitely will use again and refer.
