I was in the office to see Michelle for a 6-month cleaning last week. I've been with her before and she is top-notch. She discovered three problems and quickly addressed them. She treated a new problem I was totally unaware of but could see once she pointed things out to me. She summoned another Michelle, one of Dr. Prestipino's assistants who expertly took care of another matter. And finally she brought in Dr. Prestipino to evaluate the changes she observed on the bite wing x-rays taken that day. Dr. Prestipino, of course, gave me his expert recommendations and an appointment was set for the additional work needed. All pertinent matters were either resolved or evaluated and a treatment plan established by the time I left the office. Michelle is thorough and expert in her observations and I continue to be a happy patient in this dental group, where I have been a patient for a very long time.

Dr. Prestipino did crowns for me about 17 years ago. He is regarded as the top person in his field and for good reason.

I recently had a problem with them caused by underlying issues. I left a msg with his service on Friday night, he called me personally within an hour and came in to his office first thing on Saturday morning to fix it. Beyond that, he gave me a free consultation and second opinion on all of my dental issues. And this wasn't just a routine 2nd opinion. He actually took the time to call me on my cell phone and explain everything to me, offering further advice on anything. He had his office give me a 3 part comprehensive evaluation that could not be more useful and professional.

Not only is he the best and his office the best and most professional and courteous, he actually cares, and it definitely comes through in his work.

I cannot thank everyone there enough for making what could have been a horrendous time in my life so much easier. Everyone is always smiling, friendly and attentive . To have an accident and know that Dr. P and all his staff would take care of me gave me the peace of mind that money can't buy. Thanks to Dr. P and all of you!!!
