Was für ein toller Zahnarzt und überhaupt eine sehr nette Praxis. Was mein deutscher Zahnarzt nicht hinbekommen hat, hat Dr. Dunford sofort an meinem Biss gesehen. Ich hätte auf ein ganz anderes Problem getippt, was er auch mit einer Röntgenaufnahme geprüft hat. Nachdem dort nichts zu sehen war, hat er weiter gesucht. Er und die Helferin Stephanie waren dabei auch noch so lieb und witzig...das war ein ganz toller Besuch

What a huge and comforting difference ! After years with another dentistry I was referred to Dr Larry Dunford. On my first visit, a consultation, I felt great just walking into his dental office building. It was immediately clear that he has a genuinely great staff. Huge difference from the previous place. The staff is beautiful, warm and very professional. The premises are very attractive. Dr Dunford is fabulous, personable with good humor. I was immediately very comfortable sitting in his chair. He shows great expertise and knows how to clearly explain the issues. At the end of the consultation he formulated a plan forward with defined options for me to decide which way to go, with precise information on the pluses and minuses, if and where there are any. I had my 2nd visit earlier today. It’s amazing, he just personally called me at 826pm to make sure I was doing OK after an invasive procedure mid-afternoon. After having been in great hands with a dentist in NYC for a very long time, then a few years at a so-so dental office group in Cape Coral, I now know that I am again in best hands in Cape Coral with Dr Dunford and his excellent staff. I really feel lucky that my wife and I have found him. There is lots of work to be done on me. I was not comfortable with the plan put forth by the previous dental office. I am totally comfortable with Dr Dunford’s plan and am looking forward to be his patient for as long as I need his expert care. Incredibly, going to the Dentist now is fun again !

I was referred to Waterside Aesthetic Dentistry by my mom after having multiple bad experiences with dentist before. Boy am I glad I listened to her and started coming here! Everyone who works in the office is always so nice and friendly to me. Prior to coming here, I had seen a dentist who told me all the work I had in my mouth was wrong and redid all of my fillings because they just wanted my money. But I felt the complete opposite when I met Dr. Dunford, I could tell he actually cared about what he did. We did the work that was necessary, and he communicated everything to me through the appointment. I've been back a few times for my cleanings and regular exams since my initial appointment and I can tell you I would recommend this office to everyone. Dr. Dunford is such an awesome dentist. Jessica is always smiling and so easy to talk to at the desk or when you call the office. And of course I can't forget Christine! She is so gentle, sweet, and such a pleasure to have as a Dental Hygienist. I love that you really feel like a person here, they really take their time with you. You're not just another number to them.I went from being terrified of the dentist to looking forward to my visits!! So thankful for this office & the team that work here! 🙂

I was referred to Waterside Aesthetic Dentistry to correct a painful spot in the rear right side of my mouth caused by my lower denture. After receiving a $187.00 "Consultation" and a $185.00 Panoramic film, I was told that my denture could be ground down on the right rear side ($49.00). For some reason my denture was also ground on the left side and center causing new pain now from that area.
After this work was completed, it was suggested that I purchase a new denture for approximately $2,000.00. I would not have needed a new denture except for the fact it appears that they created new problems.

I believe that the $185.00 charge for the Panoramic Film and the $49.00 charge for grinding down the right side of my denture ae legitimate; however, since I had the work done, I should not have been charged for a "Consultation".

I only went in today for a quick examination (they were kind enough to squeeze me in), but my impressions of everything there were pretty positive. The entirety of the staff (hi, Pam!) was super friendly and welcoming, the office itself has a deliberate and unique (this is a good thing) design, and Dr Dunford strikes me as very knowledgeable. He certainly instills confidence in his abilities.

Also, everyone I saw there had great teeth.

No one enjoys having to visit the dentist, but I'm confident I'll be well taken care of here.

As soon as I spoke with Stephanie, I knew that this was going to be a great experience...I was correct! Everyone was ever so accommodating, they easily demonstrated that I was a VIP to them, and Dr. Dunford continuously reminded me at each visit!
My treatment had to be extended, because of certain challenges, however this A team, led by Dr. Dunford came in on their day off to ensure that I was able to fly home the following day. Dr. Dunford even followed up with a call to ensure that all was well! I shall be ever grateful to the entire team at Waterside Aesthetic Dentistry, including the delightful Dawn at the front desk, for my bright smile. God bless!

GREAT!! Fantastic service! My mom recommended Dr. Dunford to me but I kept sticking with the dentists in my dental plan. I wish I had listened to her and switched to Dr. Dunford's office a long time ago. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist is wonderful, the hygienists are amazing, and Dr. Dunford of course is great! He took a lot of time explaining and showing me everything clearly on the X-rays that needed to be done. It was nice to have a dentist that I could relax, and actually trust, knowing that he wasn't making up a bunch of "fake" things that I supposedly needed. Lol! I am so relieved to have found Waterside. THANKS!!!!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Dr.Dunford is not only condescending, he is far from talented. He ground on my teeth without my permission. I immediately said for him to stop. He threw up his hands and told his assistant I was not a cooperative patient. Incredibly, he did it again!! The teeth he ground on are now hurting. Does he damage your teeth and then "fix" them for you? He then went on to lie about my new prosthesis, that it was okay if it didn't fit properly. He said it could be adjusted. This is not true. I will repeat spending thousands of dollars with a new dentist to have the work done properly. There has been no offer from Dr.Dunford to return my money. After Dr.Dunford ruins your teeth and does horrible work, your wallett will be empty, your teeth will be aching and he certainly doesn't care. Do your research and don't be impressed with the glowing biography on his website regarding him and the practice. He is very untalented, rude, condescending and you will regret you ever met him.
