I had 3 molars taken out today and Dr. Andrew Lalli was great through the whole procedure. He walked me through the entire process before starting, kept me updated on what was going on through the procedure and made sure I was doing good periodically. I felt very comfortable through something that most people don’t find very comfortable. Dr. Lalli and his whole team made sure the procedure went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend this dentist office to anybody.

Dr. Hernandez is amazing! We love her! She is kind, caring, listens well, and has been an awesome oral surgeon for us. Both my husband and I use her. Hubs' surgery went great today. Thank you, Dr. Hernandez!!

Everyone was great and friendly. Dr Anthony was very personable. He explained what he was going to do. His financial assistant then explained the cost. Dr Anthony continuously asked if I was ok and if I had any pain. His assistants were knowledgeable of their jobs and performed them well. I will definitely go here again if I need further surgery.

Dr. Anthony Pikos and his assistants were absolutely wonderful. They all made me feel absolutely comfortable throughout the process of extracting my two wisdom teeth. Especially, Dr. Pikos's assistants were very professional and helpful.

I got my wisdom teeth removed this week and was very anxious but Dr. Lali and the staff made it painless. I got them removed while I was awake with laughing gas and anti-anxiety medicine, it was fast (35 minutes). One tooth was harder to get out and caused a lot of weird noises but Dr.Lali kept reassuring me that it was alright.

I took my son here on a recommendation.
I can tell you it was not the best experience. I will leave out all the details such as wait was ridiculous since they bring you in early but do not tell you…and don’t take you on time….finish up with the office is so cold. My son was actually shivering at both of his appointments to the point that it was uncomfortable. .No need to freeze patients out….
We both felt like it was a puppy mill …no other way to put it, There’s the bedside manner that’s lacking all over the office.
The employee that put my son in the car after his surgery today was not the best for this job. My son still medicated was concerned if there were any complications and he politely tried to ask her a couple times and she kept ignoring him ——going over the aftercare instructions by handing me the bag to read about it myself.Ignoring him at first!
He had gauze in his mouth full of blood and sent us home with one little piece in a plastic bag….I had to quickly go to store … for over $2500. You think they could’ve given us a couple more pieces?
It seems they pull the teeth and put you in a car —-no aftercare at all by the staff. I think this is heartless..
How about a short monitoring. period to make sure your patient is OK before sending them home.

I had not received a call from my pharmacy that his medication‘s were ready and could she quickly check on that so I could go pick them up I had to make a couple more calls to the office to get this data.

It should’ve been a Disney World experience from the time I called the office to make the appointment six months ago. It just was not the case..
I had to do a lot of phone calls and repeat questions and the bill was not explained correctly to where I thought I I owed a couple thousand dollars more than I did and this associate was yelling at me at the top of her lungs, which I guess that’s just the way she talks, but the whole office knew our business which I found very unprofessional.

I called after last week’s appointment and I did speak to somebody in charge……..telling our experience . I thought today would go smoother, but it did not. The office was still cold and the employees unwelcoming..

The building itself needs landscaping and speed bumps in parking lot hard on cars.
Remodeling for sure!

The second visit wasn’t any better…worse … When my son told me how he was treated while they were trying to put him under with the needle in his arm,…..I was shocked all over again ……Doctors comments to my son were ridiculously mean ….when he was telling her he couldn’t feel his fingertips and his chest was closing up....he could not move his mouth.... SHE ASKED HIM WHY ...? OMGOODNESS no after care instructions given to him ...so he went to his own dentist to be checked out.

Dr Rosati has the personality and the hands of an angel, my implant was perfect no pain whatsoever, she talks to you and gives you comfort during the procedure.
The supportive staff is very friendly and professional. I visited several places in Palm Harbor area before my procedure and 10 min into my consultation with Dr Rosati I made my decision to go ahead with her.
I would recommend Dr Rosati and the staff at Coastal Jaw to everyone of my friends and family
