The best! My wife went to him and she has a severe anxiety of dealing with dentist… his staff was able to put her at ease and make her feel accepted. It’s one thing to be amazing at what you do but it’s another to offer amazing customer service. If I could give more than five stars I would. Highly recommend to anyone he will FIX YOUR SMILE!!!

Dr. Miranda Recently completed my Full Dental Reconstruction and Im extremely happy with my results. All the staff, with a special shout out to Amanda and Robert, were wonderful and always made me welcome and valued. I came to Dr. Miranda with missing and broken teeth and had completely lost balance and vertical dimension to my bite. Now I have 4 beautiful dental implants, zirconia dental crowns, and this treatment restored my facial symmetry and function. This is the place you want to use for all of your oral health needs. Altamonte Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry is one of the BEST dentists in Florida I have EVER experienced. And im from New York City recently moved to Florida. Dr.Atila Miranda and staffs from the front desk ladies and gentlemen to the dental assistant staffs are extremely helpful, friendly, and super accommodating. I truly wish I found them sooner. They made me feel so safe and took care of me every step of the way. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is OUTSTANDING. Very Highly recommended. I got fixed dental implants from Dr. Miranda and it was the best decision I have ever made. I’m only 33 and due to a certain oral medication my teeth got wrecked . I have been to the dentist dozens of times for fillings , root canals, crowns , broken teeth , you name it . Dental work gives me a lot of anxiety due to the many times and many hours of drilling , grinding and all that awful stuff . My previous dentist told me I need to get all crowns and that would cost almost as much as the d5 implants so I decided to be done with the drilling and filling and crowns which would eventually fail , as they have done before . The surgery was honestly not bad at all . I had 28 teeth pulled and 9 titanium inserts screwed into my jaw . I don’t remember any pain or discomfort during the procedure and the Dr, and staff was incredibly kind ,caring ,and just all around nice people.The recovery was the worst part with swelling and soreness in my face but 100% totally worth every bit of the minor surgery pain, which the prescribed medication helped with a lot. Now I have people tell me how great my smile is and on dating apps that’s usually the first comment I get from women is how lovely my smile is lol I have never heard that before and I can definitely get used to it . No more pain , no more drilling ,grinding or dental procedures. No more sensitivity to cold and hot food or sweets. My dental problems were one of my biggest worries and now they’re completely gone . I don’t leave many reviews but the Dr and his crew really helped change my life for the better . I also should add that there is NO WAY anyone could tell my teeth are implants unless they actually sat me down and looked into my mouth like a dentist would. I have my confidence back and best of all I have no more pain . thanks to dr Miranda and his team .

AMAZING. I drove down from North Carolina to visit my family over the holidays and needed to get my wisdom teeth removed; they recommended Dr. Miranda and now I see why! The procedure and recovery was virtually painless. He and his staff have the gentlest hands and they’re very patient/answer all your questions. You can tell they truly love their work. Dr. Miranda and his staff are the best. They set accurate expectations, provide perfect knowledge with the best customer service anyone can get. I moved from Altamonte Springs 1 hour far, but I will continue to go to his office. Thank you very much for everything. Its the first time I actually look forward to going to the dentist!! I hadnt been to a dentist in years and was dreading doing so. Dr. Miranda, Christian and staff have treated me with incredible respect and care. We've created a treatment plan 'together' to tackle both health and cosmetic concerns in a time frame suited for me. The cosmetic repairs have been outstanding and the health issues are being addressed with ease. I highly recommend this team knowing I'm in the best hands I could ever ask for!
