Dr. Mediouni dental clinic was prompt in confirming my mom’s new patient appointment as it was urgent. Juanita went above and beyond to accommodate the time as I wanted Dr Mediouni to see my mom the same day. As soon as we walk in to the office we felt welcome. Juanita and the staff was extremely courteous, and the doctor's attention to detail in patient care during the visit was very helpful.

My mom and I are extremely happy that we had found a good doctor that we can trust for our dental care !

Hands down my favorite dentist office I’ve ever visited. It’s well kept and clean and the staff are all amazing and friendly! Gabriel was very nice and I enjoy our conversations. Dr Zineb is by far the most professional and friendly dentist. She’s extremely well trained and very good at her job. I’ve chosen this office for all of my dental needs now.

Not a fan. This office usually runs late, fyi. I had a few crowns put on after treatments and it was a very uncomfortable procedure. Granted my mouth was not in great condition, however I’ve never been that uncomfortable during a procedure and felt that was unnecessary as I am nooo stranger to dental work. I feel she should have numbed me further when she saw me squirming in the chair. She asked me just once if I was ok, but other than that there was no care for my comfort. Patient comfort should be #1 and it is evident this is not a priority as there are no accommodations for patient comfort. There’s a handy dental vibrating tool for when you’re giving numbing shots which makes you feel nothing, she doesn’t have that. She doesn’t do anything at all to lessen the feel of the numbing shots- big red flag #1 to me. If someone had wrote that in a review and I read it first, I would have never gone to this office. It may sound minor but it’s very telling. I just went to a different office and my comfort was at the forefront of every literal second of my treatment, major difference.

When I had a “full exam & x-rays” scheduled, she spent hardly 5 minutes with me going over my whole mouth. She gave the briefest overview and ran out of the room, leaving me with a million questions and I had to ask the hygienist. I expected a complete review of my treatment plan. I was shocked and very upset that she didn’t spend proper time going over the plan. This is rushed and unacceptable, and also seen in another review here. Unless there was an emergency (there was not), it’s never acceptable to spend less than 5 minutes with a patient for a full exam. what am I paying you for? For you to press an x-ray button? Overall, she gives an anxious vibe when talking about your teeth/treatment plan, not a comforting vibe. Never what you want at a dentist. She also made a big error on a tooth that needed to be fixed. Deeply upsetting that I needed a redo on something that was uncomfortable the first time.

PS they may try to respond saying “you’re not a patient here.” I am indeed a patient there, but I don’t use my name on public forums

I didn’t find it impressive at all. Although my appointment was scheduled for noon, I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 11:45, and they began checking my insurance coverage and eligibility (I provided all the info on phone when I booked the appointment). Unfortunately, I had to wait until 1:30 to see the dentist, and actual consultation with her lasted only 5 minutes. Most of the conversation I had was with the technician/nurse. While I can’t comment on the doctor’s work, overall I felt a lack of respect for my time.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, Was my first visit and they made me feel like I have been coming to them for years , so very friendly and warm. Dentist removed an impacted infected tooth and while the pricing was high, she made me feel at ease through the whole process. This will be my go to Dentist moving forward. I feel they will be able to tend to my needs and get my mouth to where it needs to be healthy. Thank you ZM Dental!
