When looking for an orthodontist for my daughter I read a lot of reviews. Ludlow Orthodontics started I’d say it from all the others. I was impressed with all of the comments about the staff. Honestly, at first I thought it was too good to be true, there were so many positive comments. If you are reading all the reviews and thinking the same thing I can say they are all true. Our consultation was very informative every step of the way. Dani even text me after our visit to give me an update on our insurance claim.

Professional, caring, customer focused. They have made the experience easy, from dealing with the insurance to choosing which type of braces would work best for my child it was effortless. The receptionists are very nice. My son always gets Fran and she is great to him. We always have a great experience. Only thing I can say is I wish you had a tad later appointments.

Very inviting /friendly atmosphere especially with all of the seasonal decorations they put up to make the office look cozy. Always a pleasure talking with Dani at the front desk, and Fran is just the sweetest and takes such pride in her job.

This was such an AMAZING experience!!! From the moment we walked out of the elevator into the office to the moment we left. Simply amazing staff, great energy, clean environment, they made my daughter feel so comfortable. I chose this place based on such great Google reviews and they did not disappoint!! Dani especially, she assisted us the entire time and was great! After my child being skeptical switching to a new office, she now LOVES this place. I am glad we made the choice 🙂
