During my fist consultation with Dr. Daniel Barabas, he conducted periodontal probing for my whole mouth and also took x-ray for my whole mouth. He recommended laser treatment for my gum disease and also mentioned the cost for the treatment. I requested a report on probing results and x-ray results, plus a written treatment plan, including costs. He agreed and said that he would email me everything.

I then made the appointment for laser treatment and paid the consultation and x-ray fees, and left.

I waited for a week and received nothing from him. I called the office and talked to his assistant. She said that she would tell Daniel and would send me the x-ray photos to me by email, because the x-ray photos were already in their computer system. Sure enough, I received the x-ray photos on the same day.

I send an email to formally request for the report and the treatment plan addressing directly to Dr. Daniel Barabas.

I received nothing. I called several times for this matter afterwards. His assistant told me that she would tell Daniel on each occasion. She called me one week before the appointment to confirm the appointment. I seized the opportunity to remind her about the report. She was surprised and said again that she will tell the doctor.

I had received nothing with no explanation given from the dentist’s office until the morning of the appointment date for laser treatment. I called the office early in the morning to cancel the appointment. I cannot let someone being so irresponsible and with no respect to his patient to treat my teeth! I am still wondering how a doctor can behave like this and for what reason, while I am writing these.

Dr. Dan is a great periodontist. My mom had crown lengthening procedure done with him. He was very kind and gentle. The procedure went well and she didn't experience any discomfort afterwards. I highly recommend him. The entire team was professional and very helpful too...

Had implant done by Dr. Paul Barabas completed about one year ago. It appears the bone did not grow in correctly since my gums have a depression where the bone should be. Also, please don't pat me so hard on the back because I am a small lady and almost lost my balance. Price was fair but....

When I was in pain and most dentist offices closed a late Friday afternoon, I lost hope to find a periodontics (as my dentist referred) open and available to see me. Barabas office responded to me and asked me to come right in; the doctor could not let me enter the weekend in pain. I was taken care of right away; gum theraphy, molar extractions, X-rays all done in minutes. I cannot be happier. And getting the doctor follow up call at 8 pm on a Friday is priceless!! Thank you Dr Barabas and his very friendly staff!!!
