I cannot say enough about my great experience at Santa Fe Endodontics. For a root canal!!! Dr. Palermo, and his team were fantastic. He explained everything. I didn’t feel ANY pain at all, and everyone treated me like I was family. I fell asleep a couple of time. During a root canal!! It was an easy peasy breeze. His state-of-the-art equipment, chair-side manner really helped to sooth and comfort me. The place looks and sounds more like a spa than a dental office. I walked in whimpering like a pup, and left all smiles. Thank you so much!

Their professionalism, courtesy, and care during my root canal (my first) was so appreciated. No one signs up for a root canal just because they want it, but Dr. Palermo and staff made my experience positive. This was the best root canal I could ever imagine! The waiting room, office and rooms were immaculate and I did not come close to any other patient. Dr Palermo was sensitive to my needs and explained what was going to happen moment by moment. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure! Only slight discomfort of being numb. I’ve never been so comfortable during dental procedure. He was also funny and sang along with the music at times. If you need this procedure he is the way to go. Awesome friendly and helpful staff.

Never fun to realize you need a root canal, but when you do, the only place to go is with Dr. Marcus Palermo at Santa Fe Endodontics. This is the real thing, an astonishing office that does one thing exceptionally well—root canals. They have an amazing staff, Thomas who is the hygienist who uses an advanced system for painlessly anesthetizing the surrounding tooth area, Charlie who is Dr. Palermo’s expert assistant who explains the whole procedure and assists throughout the process, and Dr. Palermo who performs the detailed procedure while keeping you relaxed and informed. I needed an emergency root canal on an excruciatingly painful molar, and they made room for me the same day my dentist referred me. I never felt the least bit of pain during the procedure, but more importantly I felt I could trust that I would be totally taken care of by every member of the staff. That’s what made it truly painless—total confidence. Thank you for making what normally is a high anxiety experience something that flew by without a hitch. If and when you need a root canal, may you be so lucky to have Dr. Palermo!
