My mother Dora went to see this dentist office manny times. She’s 86 years old and they pulled her tooth and the told her that they would replace it and it’s been several months. At the end, they used all her money and the money from the government. They are dishonest and specially that she is older.

Dr. Rosado was super attentive to my issue and the staff was very kind. He was able to salvage my tooth instead of having to do a root canal. Left me with a beautiful smile!

Zero stars!~ Beware of this dental office at 9100 Coral way. I found them to be unethical & unprofessional. I am filing a complaint against them through my insurance company and the Florida Board of Dentistry. I have a similar experience to another one star reviewer. My insurance sent me to there by an honest mistake they later realized. But this "dental office" told me that they accept my insurance and there should be no extra charges since I have zero co-pay through my insurance. To make a long story short, they made me pay upfront before they would order the dentures. Now I have a new set of cheap unusable dentures worse than my 10 year old set and I'm out $$ when I should have received dentures fully covered by insurance. I now have to go to another dentist through my dental plan and start all over. PLEASE FIND A REPUTABLE DENTAL OFFICE IF YOU NEED WORK DONE.

If I could give them 0 stars I would they charged my 99 year old mother over 5000 on her care credit up front and never finished fixing her teeth over 1 year later I took her to another DDS that finished the work in the correct way in less than 2 weeks long story short to this day they refused to credit any money back and now I am in a long fight with care credit Stay away from this CROOK and his practice !!!!!!

Had a really bad experience about 10 days ago I went for a visit. I ask if the work with my insurance company, and the doctor assistant say yes. And started to take X-rays then ask me to pay $125 which I did thinking the insurance will cover then she told me that I had a broken tooth and some other little work that it will be $495 I replied is the insurance paying for that. She said the girl in charge of billing was busy but she will let me know. But for me to pay now and we’ll work it out later. So I paid $495 whe the doctor finished she told me the lady in charge of insurance was still busy that they will call me later. We’ll two days later they told me they didn’t work with my insurance, I ask repeatedly to speak to the doctor to explain what had happened. They assistant said he was busy and had no time to talk to me. So I ended up paying $620 out of pocket and they didn’t even finished the job. I was in pain for 4 days till I when to another dentist which they checked insurance first before doing any work and got it fix.do not recommend this place on 9100 coral way the assistants and the billing lady are not to be trust it.BE WARE OF THIS PLACE
