This is a huge dental hospital/University in Navi Mumbai. The entire building has 5 floors+basement having dental hospitals and University. You can see thousands of dental chair units in the hospital. The OPD registration charge is only Rs. 20/-. And all the treatments are charitable. The charges on treatment is 5-7 times less compared to any other private clinic or hospital. I love the children's division in the basement. This is the best dental hospital for kids. The doctors are so humble, cooperative, professional, responsible and have tremendous patience. I have a huge respect for them. I have never seen such nice dentists for kids. On the other hand the doctors and treatment for adults is not very impressive. Some doctors drag the next appointment dates so long. The hospital is neat and clean. All the departments related to dentals are available here.

The complex is beautiful and the facilities are also very nice.
The departments are clean and well maintained.
The only issue which is a major one is Parking. There's hardly any place outside on the toads as most of the area is marked as No Parking.
I would request the Management to consider to allowing cars to be parked inside the campus. They can even charge the same. Else they can request the NMMC to provide public parking like the BMC has done at various places in Mumbai.
As a Doctor, I was hopeful of getting a space to park my Car inside. I had to spend about 20 minutes looking for one.
They can atleast allow Doctors to park inside the Campus.

I had heard a lot & so visited for my small treatment here. Dentistry’s is not in the main hospital but in the university compound. You have to take case paper of 10 rs n show for the preliminary check where they check basic details and fill ur booklet. Then they send u to 4th floor where you have to submit if case paper and again wait in queue, this might even take one hour if there are more patients. They check ur problem accordingly tell u to do further checks like X-ray. In my case I wanted to do filling and they asked me to take appointment which was like after a month. So all my time which I wasted there of 2-3 hours were not helpful as I have to come back after a month for actual treatment. For cleaning the doctor wasn’t available so again this also dint work out. No doubt the treatment is less. Root canal is around 750 rs, installation of cap is also cheap, filling is 200 for one gap, cleaning is 100 for one time. I had been to trust in Dadar which had less doctors but they had good system of getting u treated on same day with less charges. I guess if people are taking out time there could be a better option to help them get treatment on same day bcz many times it’s difficult to handle the teeth issue for long. Otherwise a good place you see students around and clean surroundings

Very poor services ?Dr and staff behavior is very good but the procedure is very lengthy. One has to pay for several things and then they'll give next appointment date after 25-30 days. And after that doctors don't have time and asking to call them as they're not available. This is ridiculous ?

The service here is very good... I went here to get my teeth cleaned; it cost 10 rupees for the case paper and only 50 rupees for cleaning... Dentistry is much more affordable than any other private dental clinic in the Mumbai region, and a variety of dental treatments are available at reasonable rates. Staff is open with patients. Dentistry is well-equipped, advanced, and a must-visit if you have dental issues. Affordable treatment, but takes time because every doctor is practicing here while completing academics.

They are very casual, they don't care about your time. They give appointment and cancel any time. And don't even reply you on a call for the next appointment.
PG doctors are not taking seriously.
*Students behaviour is very rude*
They do not care you whoever you are.

They don't care about your time.They are very casual and just seem uninterested.The interns purposely don't give you the yellow slip for x ray so that when your number comes in the X ray department you have to again go to the 5th floor so that they can kill their time and tell to come again tomorrow for the treatment .

My previous experience was v good from this hospital but this time I suffered a lot and v badly treated by Dr Nidhi B from third floor ,she just completed her degree from this institution and left my treatment and moved without informing .I wish I must be aware were she is currently working and saved the patients from her.
She doesn't deserve to be a doctor ,though I informed the authorities about her behavior they helped me to complete my remaining work but no action will be taken against her
